John was a grandson of James and Ellen (Troy) Mahon; the Originals. He married Bridget Loughney and together they raised seven children. Edward, Evelyn, Mary, Leo, Joseph, Thomas and Earl. This is their family portrait taken on a summery day in the 1910's.
